Q: How do I connect the IP Auto Dialer to my alarm panel?

A: Most Alarm panels have a 12VDC output for controlling the siren. Use the included pigtail cable to connect your IPAutoDialer to the corresponding terminals (RED to +12VDC , BLACK to NEGATIVE). To protect your hearing, you want to disconnect the siren during testing.

Q: How do I connect IPAutoDialer to the internet?

A: IP Auto Dialer will automatically configure an IP address via DHCP. If you can plug your laptop into the same cable as IP Auto Dialer and get an internet connection, IP Auto Dialer is ready to work!

Q: What if my internet goes down?

A: IP Auto Dialer will not be able to send any notifications without a live internet connection.

Q: Is there a monthly fee?

A: No Monthly Fees! That is why we developed this product!

Q: Is Calling Cell Phones, Land-Lines or Sending Text Messages Free?

A: You get 500  Voice Dial / SMS Alarm credits with the unit. If you need additional SMS / Dial Credits the current rate it $0.02 per (USA/Canada).
